To those who search for condo units.

Yesterday we went to check condo units at Dansalan Gardens in Mandaluyong city. We viewed units at the Sycamore Tower and fell in love with the place. The price is reasonable enough for units. And it’s good for those who are starting to build their own family. Its contractor is DMCI homes and they are getting more and more popular these days.

One of their architects is a friend of mine and bias aside, I really liked how they disigned the building. It is designed in a way that the hallways still recieve proper ventilation outside so you could still breath fresh air when you’re waiting for the elevator doors to open. The fire exists are wide as well-lighted as compared to the other condos i viewed.
