I had some issues with my Laptop and i tried to resolve it on my own. I ran upon HP’s website and I found this link to chat with their customer service representative.

And so I did this and Valentina was the one who chatted with me. I thought that she was remarkable. She is very professional, she responded fast, she diagnosed my computer and knew what was wrong and troubleshooted it.

With this, I know in the near future that I will still buy HP products (especially laptops and desktop units). Companies should focus more on quality customer service. Losing a customer indeed is much more expensive than keeping one.
