Karen of pep.ph and myself were lucky to have a quick interview with Derek Ramsay. Derek has been a sports and fitness icon in the Philippines and I just love how he promotes sports and a healthy lifestyle instead of being drowned into drugs.

Well, you know guys… being fit is always IN!
