Here’s another ZOMG Deal of the week for you guys! This is personally one of my favorite discoveries. Filipinos love food and they love to discover more. How would you feel if I told you that the shawarma that we are familiar with is not the real thing? Yep, it’s your favorite snack with some meaty thing inside a pita bread with yummy white garlic sauce. It’s not the real deal 
Although you might like the taste, it’s nothing compared to authentic Turkish Shawarma.
And yes, Shawarma originated from Tukey! I didn’t even know that. 
Meet Jacob.
He’s the owner of the ONLY authentic Turkish Kebab / Shawarma Restaurant in Manila. He’s from Turkey and he definitely knows what a real shawarma should taste like 
He’s a hunky huh… He’s actually one of Cosmopolitan Magazine’s hot bachelors for 2008 
He prepared this dish for us!
