I really enjoyed Halloween this year. I created my own costume and it was a very enjoyable moment. I am planning to buy a sewing machine to create more costumes (maybe sell them) or use them in the future and make my own clothes. I didn’t study in a Fashion school or what not, but I studied basic sewing in high school. Thank you St. Scholastica’s Academy!!! The skill came in handy! Anyway, I just realized that doing the things you love to do, even if it means staying up late till 5am to finish your costume, is the most beautiful thing in the world. I may be confused at times on what I want to do in my life, but definitely, I know what I want and not want…

Will be posting my tutorial on making a Pikachu tail and ears soon. I just want to share more photos of Vince playing as Ash Ketchum and me as Pikachu Smile with tongue out Vince was lucky to find a vest that looks so anime and a cap matching exactly Ash Ketchum’s. His sister Cheryl had to draw the green thingy on the white space though. Do check her blog out to find out how she drew that thingy on the cap. You can also order costumes online via Ebay. I purchased my tail and ears there for only $10, but it came late so I had to make my own.

The tail looked really nice ^_^ I was so proud of myself that I made it work. It stood up even if people kept on bumping it.
