Another day, another discovery!

I haven’t been around The Fort in a while after I resigned from my corporate job. One thing I miss from the corporate life was eating around our area with my officemates at The Fort. Dining out was our way of coping with stress. We always lunch out on Fridays and we casually look for restaurants to eat.

And the place that I will feature today is Trio Restaurant at the Fort Strip at BGC. I’m still not used to calling that area BGC, I still call it “The Fort” but oh well.

If I was still working, I would highly recommend this place to my officemates. But since, I’m not working anymore, I still would recommend this place to my readers who want to bring in officemates or family to wine and dine at Trio. The concept of their restaurant is Familia Italia so bring your friends and family and share the different kinds of dishes that they offer in HUGE servings mmm-hmmm!

I know that by the end of this post I will be drooling again.

Trio Restaurant at the Fort Strip in BGC is a fusion of modern Italian bistro, pizzeria and wine bar in one. I think they love everything in 3s here Trio specializes in classic Italian entrees, authentic thin and thick crust pizzas, homemade pastas, and freshly made desserts. Trio also offers wine and Lamill coffee to complement great food.

Noted for their Smoked Salmon, Pastas, and Chicken Parmigiana
Serving Trio’s Salad, Oven Baked Pork Chop, Shrimps and Scallops, and Beef Carpaccio
Also serves wines and the ‘Buy One Take Two’ Cocktails

Trio pizza we recommend:

I specifically loved the Vegetarian pizza which is surprising coz I usually love meat. My momma would be proud … but seriously, I’ve been conscious of my health lately. Not that I’m sick or anything, I just want to stay young!

The prices for the pizzas are really affordable for their size and the ingredients that they put. Quality and quantity wise – this is a SULIT!

Perfect as a meal on its own or as a side dish, choose from a wide array of mouth-watering cuisine like smoked salmon, pasta and chicken parmigiana. Don’t forget to try the well-loved Trio’s Salad, oven baked pork chop, shrimps and scallops and peef carpaccio.

Best part about this is, Happy Hour starts early at Trio! Not a lot of people know about this, but they serve refreshing cocktails that are available not at Buy-1-Take-1 but an awesome BUY-1-TAKE-2!

Three drinks for one price… who wouldn’t avail of this promo. I think I’mma bring my friends Chris and Janice (my roomies before) and catch up on our lives and dine in this resto.
