I would totally agree. You cannot replace a lost tooth. Well, yes you can artificially, but it’s never the same as the original one.
With these, I pledge to take Total Care of my teeth, gums and mouth. I have very sensitive gums, and caring for just teeth alone is not enough. My mouth is very small and my teeth are crowded. Inspite of the fact that I had 4 teeth removed already (wisdom tooth), my teeth still feels crowded and brushing alone will not reach those tight places in between my teeth. The dentist said, this is a breeding groud for bacteria and other eeky microorganisms.
I don’t want that and like I said, I won’t only take care of my teeth, but my gums too and whatever goes in between!
The dentist said, the best way to take care of oral health is to brush, floss and gargle!
It is my 2nd week of doing this everyday: Brush, Floss and Gargle. I take longer turns in the bathroom because of this, but I couldn’t take the risk of loosing my teeth. It doesn’t even take that long because gargling only takes 30 seconds and yet it will give me 6 benefits:
- breaks through plaque
- keeps teeth white
- kills 99% of germs
- gives 24-hour fresh breath
- helps keep teeth strong
- maintains healthy gums
For only 30 seconds of my life for better oral condition, why not?

I pledge to take care of my oral health especially now that my three front teeth were all removed due to an accident. Now, more than ever, i will make sure that not only my remaining teeth will get it’s daily total care but also my gums and those in between to keep it all healthy and clean. In observance of good oral hygiene, i promise not to miss a single routine (brushing,flossing and gargling). So i hope Flaircandy and Listerine back my pledge up with a Listerine Total Care Kit. ^_^
Ip ledge to strictly follow my oral hair routine – BRUSH, FLOSS and GARGLE. To have my permanent filling on some teeth. Schedule my oral prophylaxis every six months. If possible invest on teeth whitening.. Thank you flaircandy and Listerine for the wonderful opportunity that will save me a lifetime
I floss and gargle but not regularly. So this time, I pledge to floss and brush each time I brush my teeth. I also pledge to reduce intake of sweets to reduce occurrence of cavities.
I whole-heartily pledge my undying and relentless care for my teeth. Brushing alone is not enough. I gargle mouthwash after every brush to ensure plaques are rinsed out thoroughly.
I pledge to take care of my oral health seriously, not to be afraid of dentist anymore and regularly brush and gargle with Listerine..
