Boracay Halloween at Epic, Summer Place and Exit Bar

It was my first time celebrating Halloween in Boracay!

I felt a little bit secure this time seeing lots of Police in every corner of the island. They were wearing comfy uniforms with light blue collared shirts and comfy shorts. But still I heard there were still some minor incidents reported.

Anyway, it’s the island of fun and I was there to witness if it’s true that people do dress up like crazy here!

I was so excited and was ready with my costume at 7pm…

I was disappointed that no one was dressed-up and I didn’t want to go sooo overdressed and so I dressed down and just wore my wings (minus the wig and the sexy shorts).

Then at around 11pm – people walked around in body paint, horror makeup and awesome costumes! I was happy that people are so into it!

Our first destination was in Summer Place Boracay, Vince and Tracy had to host an event there and at Exit bar. We went back and forth the island and my oh my it was foot traffic! Then we stayed at summer place because the reggae band Chocolate Republic performed and maaaan it was the awesomest!!! It was crazy and reggae is just a happy music – everyone was high with the season.

Then we went to Exit bar to celebrate Boracay rum’s party. Their theme was disco and retro. I saw a little bit of shaggedelic spy Austin Powers and lots of Afro hairs! It was cute.

Then our last stop was at Epic Boracay. Their theme was pirates! Vince had to host impromptu they awarded people the best costumes in different categories – it was a BLAST! I was supposed to change into a pirate costume but Vince said I looked nothing like a pirate… but I shouldn’t have listened to him lol

So, I’m not sure where to celebrate next year. Hong Kong maybe, I heard Lan Kwai Fong has pretty good parties! Will see about that
