
My morning starts early at 5:45 am. I leave for Curves Gym at 6am. Curves opens at 7am so sometimes I park near our office and take a long walk to Serendra
Curves takes only 30mins of exercise in a circuit. Then I’m off to shower and I’m ready for work at 8:30.
This is the part where I get super hungry. I eat fruits and drink wheatgrass.
I go minimum of 3 times a week but the ideal is everyday except Sunday, coz they’re closed
And this is me, refreshed after work-out and shower. You can choose to bring your own hair dryer. But I preder to just use the fan that they provide and dry my hair naturally.

wow! you’re filled with too much energy to go to gym before work..HAHA..lucky you… I tried yoga before going to work and I ended up sleeping at my desk..haha
